Shipping

EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

Purchased items will be shipped from our suppliers location within 4-7 business days of the order, although most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Shipping prices are determined straight from the carriers. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your entire order and its destination from our supplier locations.

Domestic (USA): All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from the date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of the ship date.

International: Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges for items that are purchased at retail price. All discounted items and sale items (To include those orders with discounted or free shipping) are final sale. Please send us a request for an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original tags attached. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. PLEASE NOTE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS.

To make an exchange, please do the following:

1. Email us at customerservice@alohavibeswear.com with the subject title of the email stating “Exchange.”
2. Provide us with your Name, Order Number, and Phone Number.
3. Reason for the exchange.
4. Briefly tell us the item you want to exchange and what you want in its place.

Once the email is sent, expect a reply within 24 hours with further instructions.

Damaged Goods

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please do the following:

1. Send an email to customerservice@alohavibeswear.com titled "Damaged."
2. Email us a photo of the damaged goods.
3. State where the product is damaged.
4. Please include your Name, Order Number, and Phone Number.

Once the email is sent, expect a reply within 24 hours with further instructions.
* A refund won’t be made for the damaged item unless the item can’t be replaced.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note: we are only able to refund you for the price of the products purchased. You will not be refunded for the shipping cost of your initial or returned order.
